Manage or cancel your subscription

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose FocusDex. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Restore a purchase

If you change iPhone, open the FocusDex subscription screen and use the restore purchases option with the same Apple ID.

Request a refund

Payments are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple ID.

Changing iPhone

FocusDex works without an account. Your progress is stored on your iPhone and is not synced across devices. Your subscription can be restored with your Apple ID.

The timer and distractions

The timer keeps running if you lock your iPhone or switch apps, and your reward is credited when you come back. FocusDex does not block other apps.
